Gynecological Services: We perform a wide spectrum of hospital-based gynecologic surgery including sterilization, LEEP cervical excisions, hysteroscopic surgery, laparoscopic laser surgery, laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy, and vaginal surgical repair. We are able to perform many minor surgical procedures in our office setting. We can diagnose and manage many conditions including those of abnormal Pap smears, menopause and perimenopause, osteoporosis, ovarian cysts, endometriosis, fibroids, pelvic pain, abnormal vaginal bleeding, and infertility. We offer preconceptual counseling and a variety of menopausal treatments and contraceptive options.
Obstetrical Services:
We care for routine and high risk pregnancies, offering office ultrasounds at the first prenatal visit. In those situations of high risk, we frequently co-manage the pregnancy with perinatologists who consult at Grand View Hospital. Our obstetrical patients benefit from 24 hour anesthesia coverage for emergencies and epidurals offered by Grand View Hospital Anesthesia Associates, as well as 24 hour pediatric coverage by physicians from Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Antenatal testing, amniocentesis, and other genetic testing are available as needed at Grand View Hospital.
